Nantong Yawei Transformer Factory was established.

The company was further expanded to have another 25,000m², including a newly built transformer manufacturing plant and three-floor office building.

Nantong Baiwei Electric Co., Ltd. was founded, and its annual output value exceeded RMB 100 million for the first time.

Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co., Ltd. added another 86,000m² into the factory. Nantong Certified Enterprise Technology Center was established.

Yawei’s first 110kV transformer was developed and passed tests and validation.

From 2011 onwards, Chairman Yang Liwen was entitled Hai’an Outstanding Entrepreneur every year.

Nantong Zhihe Electric Co., Ltd was established, and the group’s annual output value exceeded RMB 300 million.

The “Yawei” trademark was entitled Nantong Famous Trademark. Yawei launched an ERP management system to implement informatization management.

Nantong Baite New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded, and the group’s annual output value exceeded RMB 500 million.

Yawei was selected as Top 100 Private Companies of Nantong and High-tech Enterprise. The group’s annual output value exceeded RMB one million.

Henan Yili Electric Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yawei Power Engineering Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Yawei Tebian Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. were established. A transformer factory was built in Cambodia.

Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co., Ltd. Special Transformer Factory Area was constructed, covering an area of 44,000m² and including a new 500kV transformer factory.

Nantong Zhihe Electric Co., Ltd. and Nantong Baiwei Electric Co., Ltd. expanded their factory respectively with another 46,666m² and 40,000m². The group’s annual turnover exceeded RMB three billion.
